Small Quality of Life Updates

Hey everyone,

Just pushed a couple of small but useful updates to the game:

1. University Quest Logic Fix: Added a check before adding university-related quests so they don't appear when you've already graduated from every single subject. No more pointless quests cluttering your log when you've already mastered academia!
2. UI Improvement: Increased font and icon sizes in the bottom bar to improve readability and make navigation more comfortable.
